The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful, always greeting us as we passed by. The resort itself was clean, with no garbage lying around. The beach was beautiful and very clean, with crystal clear water. The resort had a variety of bars and pools, including a swim-up bar, which we enjoyed spending time at. The drinks were okay, but the beer and margaritas were a must-try. The resort also had a nice gym with new equipment and air conditioning. The buffet had a decent selection of food, and the pizza was surprisingly delicious. The excursions offered by the hotel were a great way to explore the area.
The Mexican restaurant at the resort was a disappointment, with a roach found in the dessert and overall subpar food. The buffet became repetitive after a couple of days, and the omelettes were just okay.

Beautiful beach and pool, great location near restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the ocean.
Terrible food and drinks, rude and unhelpful staff, and the room was not well-maintained. the entertainment was lacking and the resort was very crowded during the New Year's celebration.

The complementary champagne bottle and fruit platter were a lovely welcome surprise. The hotel's close proximity to the beach and main attractions was convenient and made exploring easy. The pool area was relaxing and a nice place to soak up some sun.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The food at the buffet was repetitive and lacking in variety.
